Due to Covid-19 all 'classes' are now one-on-one lessons. This way we will be able to maintain social distancing rules but we can still get into the studio for workouts. You will be able to book one-on-one lessons the same as you booked a class and for the same cost. Pole Flow is dedicated to fostering fluid movement and individual development. This class uses drills and repetition of movement to help students create seamless, effortless and mesmerizing pole performances. Freestyle Dance is often the focus of this class.
This is a great class for a beginner pole student or for the pole student looking to keep training the basics. You will be introduced to pole fundamentals, strength training drills, conditioning exercises and stamina building movements.
Pole Tricks is dedicated to teaching you pole tricks in a way that is systematic and safe. You will be able to work on climbs, sits, invertions, knee hangs and a variety of tricks that are fun, challenging and impressive.
