Service Description

A workshop for anyone who feels like they have lost the connection with their body and want to rekindle that relationship. Allow yourself to find your sensual side and discover what is holding you back from embracing the body you are in. A unique mix of mental health motivation and floor dance, this workshop will be educational and empowering. This workshop will be broken down into 3 sections: > Mental Health Tips & Tricks > Floor Dance Basics > Guided Floor Dance Freestyle This Workshop will meet once on Oct 15, 2023 at 4:30pm It will be held at Scarlet Studio Pole Fitness and Dance located at 1106 Main Street in Brockton It will last roughly 2 hours If you have questions please email info@scarletstudiofitness.com

Weekly Pole Program/Classes: All sales are final. If you purchase a Pricing Plan you will have the ability to cancel your class up to 3 hours before class without penalty.
